RCH Renewables is a locally owned solar, battery, and electrical contractor serving North County San Diego. Founded by two guys who came up through the trades the hard way, RCH was built on the belief that homeowners deserve honest work from people who actually know what they're doing.
Why RCH Exists
Landon Raster and Ian Crilly didn't come from sales. They came from the field.
Landon started in electrical in 2019, earned his California C-10 license, and launched his own electrical company before teaming up to build something bigger. Ian started in the trades at 18, working his way from sweeping floors for a general contractor to journeyman electrician in Oklahoma and Washington. Both of them watched the solar industry explode in San Diego while homeowners kept getting burned by companies that overpromised and underdelivered.
RCH Renewables launched in 2024 with a simple goal: be the contractor that actually shows up, does the work right, and stands behind it. Owner-operated and licensed. No high-pressure sales, no subbing out work to unknown crews, no disappearing after the install.
Since then, RCH has built a track record across Fallbrook, Carlsbad, Encinitas, and more than 60 communities across Southern California, with hundreds of jobs completed and a 5.0 Google rating.

Landon Raster
Landon holds a California C-10 Electrical Contractor License and has been working in electrical since 2019. He's the one who shows up on the roof and under the panel, not just on the proposal. Landon leads all field work and holds more than a dozen certifications across the major solar and battery brands. When he's off the clock, you'll find him on the water or at a campsite.

Residential Manager and Co-Founder
Ian Crilly
Ian started in the trades at 18, moved through plumbing and general contracting before getting into electrical, and hasn't looked back. He's a journeyman electrician with installation experience across multiple states, and he manages every residential project from first quote to final close-out. Ian handles all residential inquiries directly, so most customers have already talked to him before work begins.
