When you submit a quote request or contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, phone number, service address, and project details you enter. This information is transmitted to our scheduling system (Jobber) to route your request to the appropriate team member.
Analytics data
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site. GA4 collects anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, device type, general geographic location (city or region level), and referring source. This data does not identify you personally. Server and access logs
Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard web server data including IP addresses, browser type, and pages requested. These logs are used for security monitoring and are retained for a limited time.

Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our scheduling system for the duration of the customer relationship plus a reasonable period thereafter for warranty and service reference. Google Analytics data is retained per GA4 default settings (up to 14 months). Server logs are retained per Vercel's standard policies.
Your Rights
If you are located in California, the EU, or another jurisdiction with applicable privacy laws, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To make such a request, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
