O&M Contracts
Preventive maintenance agreements that keep your system producing as designed. We schedule routine inspections, monitor performance, handle firmware updates, and dispatch for corrective work when something flags. One contract, one team, no surprises.
- Scheduled preventive inspections
- Performance monitoring and reporting
- Priority dispatch for corrective work
- One team handling all your service needs
Commercial Installation
Ground-mount, rooftop, and carport systems designed for commercial loads. We handle everything from engineering and permitting through commissioning. Our largest completed install is a 70kW system in North Hollywood, and we have the crew and C-10 license to go wherever the job is in California. We also integrate battery storage systems for demand charge reduction.
- Largest completed install: 70kW, North Hollywood
- Rooftop, ground-mount, and carport
- Full permitting and commissioning
- Battery storage integration available

- Same-day parts sourcing when available
- Detailed service report after every visit
50kW commercial install, start to finish.
This is what a commercial solar installation looks like when the crew knows what they are doing. Coordinated, clean, and commissioned on schedule.
We have executed over 84 commercial jobs across California, from mid-size rooftop arrays to large ground-mount systems with paired battery storage. Every job gets the same level of care regardless of system size.

Built for commercial work
Commercial solar is not the same as residential. The stakes are higher, the systems are larger, and downtime has a real dollar cost. We are set up for it.
Fast dispatch, minimal downtime
When something goes wrong, every day offline is lost production and lost revenue. We prioritize corrective calls, travel statewide, and come prepared to fix, not just diagnose.
C-10 licensed on every job
Landon Raster holds California C-10 license #1108682. Every commercial job is permitted, inspected, and executed by a licensed C-10 electrical contractor. No subcontracting the hard parts to someone else.
Statewide California coverage
We are based in North County San Diego but our commercial work takes us across the state. We have completed jobs from San Diego to Los Angeles to the Redwood Coast. If your system is in California, we can get there.
Demand charge reduction expertise
Commercial utility rates are structured to penalize peak demand. We design and size battery storage systems alongside solar to flatten your demand curve and reduce what you pay per kW of peak draw.
“Having an honest electrician that makes sure the job gets done, and gets done well is so crucial. I love the thorough quality of work.”

We go where the job is.
Our base is North County San Diego, but our commercial work runs the length of California. We have crews experienced with the logistics of traveling jobs and the permitting requirements in different jurisdictions.
Our largest completed install is a 70kW system in North Hollywood. We have also completed jobs at marine terminals on the Redwood Coast and maintained solar portfolios for national retail chains across Southern California.

Commercial solar, answered
What does an O&M contract actually include?
Our O&M agreements cover scheduled preventive maintenance visits, system performance monitoring, documentation and reporting, and priority dispatch for corrective calls. The scope is defined upfront in the contract so there are no arguments later about what is covered. We work with property managers, asset owners, and facility teams to build agreements around the actual needs of each system.
How large of a commercial system can you install?
Most of our commercial installs fall in the 50kW to 200kW range. Our largest completed install is a 70kW system in North Hollywood, and we have quoted projects up to 4.6MW. We evaluate every job on its own merits and will tell you directly if it falls outside what we can execute well.
Do you work outside of San Diego?
Yes. Our commercial work takes us throughout California. We have completed jobs in Los Angeles, South Gate, Rialto, and as far north as the Redwood Coast. Travel is factored into the proposal, not added as a surprise on the invoice.
How fast can you respond to a corrective maintenance call?
That depends on location and parts availability. For O&M contract customers in Southern California, we target same-day or next-day dispatch. For locations further north or for systems requiring special-order components, we will give you an honest timeline rather than a number we cannot hit. Priority dispatch is guaranteed for customers under active O&M contracts.
Can you maintain a system you did not install?
Yes. We service commercial systems from all major manufacturers regardless of who installed them. During a first-visit assessment, we document the system configuration, check interconnection records, review monitoring data, and identify any deferred maintenance. From there we can structure an O&M agreement or handle corrective work on a one-off basis.
What certifications does your team hold?
Landon Raster holds California C-10 Electrical Contractor license #1108682 and has hands-on experience with Enphase, SolarEdge, SMA, Schneider Electric, Yaskawa, Chint, Delta, Huawei, ABB, SatCon, and other commercial-grade equipment. We are also certified installers for Tesla Energy, SPAN, and FranklinWH on the storage side. All work is permitted and inspected per California code.
Do you offer commercial battery storage with solar?
Yes. We design and install battery systems alongside or as retrofits to commercial solar for demand charge reduction and backup. Properly sized storage can materially reduce your monthly utility bill by shaving peak demand. We model the economics before recommending a system size.
What is your process for getting a commercial quote?
Start with a call or the form below. We will ask for your utility bills, a site layout if you have one, and any existing monitoring data. From there we put together a detailed proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing. Commercial quotes are free and come with no obligation.
Tell us about your system.
Whether you are looking for an O&M partner, planning a new commercial install, or dealing with a system that is underperforming, start with a conversation. We will ask the right questions and give you a straight answer on what we can do.
