Last updated: May 9, 2026. These terms apply to all interactions with rchrenewables.com and to services provided by RCH Renewables (C-10 License #1108682), a California electrical and solar contractor.
1. Use of This Website
This site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate quote requests for solar, battery storage, EV charger, electrical, and SPAN panel services. You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with other users.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Any pricing information displayed on this site (including system costs, installed prices, and savings estimates) is provided for general guidance only and is not a binding quote or contract.
Final pricing is determined after a site assessment and is set out in a written proposal or contract. Actual costs may vary based on site conditions, local permitting requirements, utility interconnection requirements, equipment availability, and scope changes discovered during installation.
Savings estimates (such as utility bill offset projections) are based on current SDG&E rate data and typical system performance. Actual savings depend on your usage patterns, future utility rates, solar irradiance, and other factors outside our control. Past performance is not a guarantee of future savings.
3. Incentives and Tax Credits
Information about incentive programs, rebates, or tax credits (such as the federal Investment Tax Credit) is provided for general awareness only. RCH Renewables is not a licensed tax advisor or financial planner. Eligibility for any incentive or credit depends on your individual tax situation, installation date, equipment choices, and applicable law at the time of filing.
Program availability and benefit amounts may change. You should consult a qualified tax professional before making any financial decision based on incentive projections.
4. Service Work
All installation and service work is performed under a separate written agreement between you and RCH Renewables. These website terms do not constitute a service contract. Work begins only after a signed proposal and agreed payment schedule.
RCH Renewables holds California C-10 Electrical Contractor license #1108682. All work requiring a permit is pulled and inspected per local jurisdiction requirements.
Equipment warranties (such as Tesla Powerwall, Enphase, or FranklinWH) are governed by the respective manufacturer warranty documents provided at time of installation. Workmanship warranty terms are set out in your installation contract.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, photos, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to RCH Renewables. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission. Job photos depict real RCH Renewables installations.
6. Third-Party Brands and Products
References to Tesla, Enphase, FranklinWH, SPAN, and other manufacturer brands on this site are for product identification only. RCH Renewables is an authorized or certified installer for these brands but is an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of any manufacturer. Manufacturer terms, warranties, and policies are governed by those companies directly.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content is complete, accurate, or current. Information on this site is subject to change without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RCH Renewables is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information on it. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of this site shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for the services in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
