About Landon

Landon Raster is the president and founder of RCH Renewables. He started in electrical in 2019, earned his California C-10 Electrical Contractor license, and ran his own electrical company before partnering with Ian Crilly to build RCH from the ground up in August 2023.

Landon leads all field operations. That means he is on job sites, on rooftops, and under panels, not behind a desk reviewing proposals someone else wrote. Every commercial install, every O&M contract inspection, and every challenging residential project has Landon personally involved.

On the commercial side, Landon manages a portfolio of multi-site solar O&M contracts across San Diego County. The portfolio includes national retail, regional healthcare, and EPC partnerships. He designed the O&M reporting and escalation processes RCH uses on every commercial account.

Landon holds more than ten certifications across the major solar and battery brands, including Tesla, Enphase, SolarEdge, SPAN, and LG RESU. Off the clock, you will find him outdoors, camping or in the water.
