About RCH Renewables

RCH Renewables. The renewables part is easy, but what’s the RCH?

Well, Landon Raster, Ian Crilly, and Steven Hurley decided to form a renewables company that actually stood for something. Raster, Crilly, Hurley, or RCH. And thus, a name was settled on. Formed in 2024, we set out on a journey to provide better quality installations with better materials and better service than bigger companies could offer. With the combination of care, knowledge, and skill we each carry, we have successfully provided services to over hundreds of people across San Diego County.

At RCH Renewables we go above and beyond for every single person we meet. Whether it’s potential clients, other tradespeople, warehouse staff, or just a random person on the street – we treat everyone the same.

We do as much as we can to keep our overhead to a minimum and pass those savings onto you, such as making our own shirts and website.

Had a great experience with RCH Renewables. We are a new EV owner and submitted info on a Sunday via their website for a charger install. Was surprised to get an immediate response and they provided a quote right away. They offered several options, helped identify the best solution for us, and had us scheduled for install the day after the charger arrived. Great service. Will be contacting them again next time when we need electrical work.

Landon and his team did an incredible job. The work was done efficiently, professionally, and effectively. The electrician (Landon) did a fantastic job running a new electrical line from my breaker box to my garage so I good improve the charging of my electrical vehicle. Meet Landon

Landon started in the electrical field in 2019, quickly learning everything he could about solar. Quickly developing his skillset, Landon obtained his C-10 License and launched Raster Electric LLC in 2023. He found success doing small jobs here and there but needed to take the next step – so he called up two of his good friends and formed RCH Renewables.

Landon enjoys spending time with his family and being in the great outdoors. If he’s not working, you can probably find him tinkering with his boat or at a campsite somewhere.

Meet Ian

Ian started in the trades straight out of high school working for a plumbing contractor for a summer. After trying college out for a little bit, he quickly realized he craved the physically demanding work that construction provided. In 2017, Ian began working for a general contractor – just picking up trash and sweeping behind people all day. He quickly got in with the electrical crews and started an apprenticeship in 2018.

Ian got his journeyman license in OK in 2020, in WA shortly afterwards, and his license in CA upon moving back in 2025.

Ian enjoys spending time with his wife and their animals, as well as practicing his musical hobbies.
